The Zoning Board of Adjustment last week denied a request to install a wind measuring device on Gardner Mountain... "The antis are smart, and they knew by stopping the anemometer, that they could basically stop the project,” [Tim Caffyn of UPC] said. “What they’ve done is made it very tough for me to try and figure out whether I should still be working in their town, or I should be going somewhere else.”
